- Route Manager/Sales - TSP is looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to grow with our company. Route Mgr oversees snow removal operations during winter and customer sales the remainder of year. Need 4-wheel drive vehicle. All benefits plus vehicle & fuel allowance. Business, sales, customer service experience; computer & excellent communication skills required. Great opportunity leading to middle & upper mgt. This is a FT year-round position. - Route Manager - Ensure that the production on the route meets the TSP Service Standards. Manage, Motivate, and Train the team. CDL - A and B with Experience. Be available 24 hours a day seven days a week from November 1st to April 15th.
- Walk Manager - Manages Crews responsible for clearing snow/ice from customer walk ways/sidewalks. Be available 24 hours a day seven days a week from November 1st to April 15th.
- Walk Drivers/Salt Drivers - CDL - A and B with experience. Ensures that the walks are cleared for assigned route. Be available 24 hours a day seven days a week from November 1st to April 15th.
