Employment
Seasonal winter positions require working non-traditional hours. You are needed immediately preceding, during and after snow events. Anyone driving must be minimum age 23 with a good driving record.
- CDL Salt Driver - Classes B and C with airbrakes to operate our salt trucks. Medical Card (at own expense) / Drug Test (at company expense) REQUIRED. Must speak English.
- CDL Semi Drivers - Class A with airbrakes, tankers, hazmat to be back up drivers. Excellent driving record. Medical Card (at own expense) /Drug Test (at company expense) REQUIRED. Must speak English.
- Walk Manager – Bilingual English/Spanish. Recruits, manages Walk Drivers and sidewalk shovel crew. Administrative/timecard responsibilities. Reliable vehicle in snow. Valid driver’s license/good driving record. Some lifting (50-60 lb.).
- Walk Driver – Valid license/good driving record. If using own vehicle, must have insurance. Deliver small equipment and chemicals to sidewalk locations. Recruits, trains sidewalk crew. Loads/unloads truck. Lifting (50-60 lb.).
- Walk Laborer - Loads/unloads/lifts bags of salt (50-60 lb.). Outdoor manual labor in unfavorable weather conditions/shovel sidewalks. Must provide and wear own non-slip foot wear.
